ORDERING YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In line with NHS England recommendations Over Surgery is moving towards online ordering of prescriptions.
When you come in to collect your prescriptions you will be asked how you currently order your repeat medications :
If you already order online through Systemone Online or the NHS App then no change is necessary.
If you order by leaving your repeat slip in the collection box then you can carry on doing this.
If you use the monthly ordering system where you leave your prescription with us for the following month – you will be asked if you are able to move to ordering your prescriptions online in future.
There are two ways to order online- details are on our website www.oversurgery.nhs.uk – Patient Online registration:
1. Systemone Online – The surgery receptionist can provide you with a login and password for Systm online access – you will need to have a form of ID (driving licence or passport) with you. This can then be accessed through our website.
2. OR by downloading the NHS App to your phone or table and following the registration instructions.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO ORDER ONLINE then please speak to the pharmacy team who can discuss alternative options with you.
