An appointment is normally made for 10 or 15 minutes and is for one person. Some nurse appointments will take longer, and reception staff are aware of this and will make the necessary adjustments. If you have more than one problem to talk to a doctor about then please book a double appointment..
Please let us know if you no longer need the appointment, or if you cannot make it for whatever reason. This means that we make the most effective use of the time of the doctors and nurses.
If we have your mobile phone number we can send you appointment reminders by text message – if you’re registered for Online Services you can update with us your mobile number using the “Update your details” form on the right hand side.
Once you’re registered for Online Services you can cancel or view your appointments online.
