Withheld Telephone Numbers
We would like to bring to your attention that we are unable to contact you by phone if your phone does not accept withheld numbers. The Surgery telephone number is withheld for your confidentiality. We are also not able to prefix the number with 1570 due to the upgrade of the telephone lines to SIP.
Please can you ensure that you advise reception if your phone does not accept withheld numbers and provide another contact number such as a mobile if you have requested a call.
In some cases patients have found that they are unaware that this has been set up so please can you check with your phone provider. You can also check with your phone provider if they can allow specified numbers.
