Family Carers
There is a free service available to any family carer who spends a significant proportion of their life providing unpaid support to family or potentially friends. This could be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has a mental health or substance misuse problem.
The free service will give you access to a specialist worker at Carers Trust Cambridgeshire who will discuss the many options available to you. These may be:
 Information and advice regarding your caring situation
 A short break that works for you, with help to decide what gives you a break
 Considering options for longer term support.

If you would like more information speak to Reception or fill out the form below

Friends & Family Test

  • The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.

The FFT asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses.
