Flu Vaccinations 2023
Patients aged 50 – 64 years not in an at risk group are not eligible on the NHS this year. However we do offer private flu vaccines from our Pharmacy for £12.99 from 7th September
Who can have the flu vaccine?
The flu vaccine is given to people who:
- are 65 years and over
- have certain health conditions
- are pregnant
- are in long-stay residential care
- receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
- frontline health or social care workers
We will start our Flu vaccine campaign in September this year we won’t be holding a Saturday or Sunday clinic we will have a couple of early evening clinics instead
