Some services we provide are not covered under our NHS contract and therefore attract charges. Examples include:

Medicals for pre-employment, sports, and driving requirements (HGV, PSV, etc.)

Insurance claim forms

Prescriptions for taking medication abroad

Private sick notes

Vaccination certificates
- Letters to schools or councils
Fees for these services are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) guidelines. Our reception staff will be happy to advise you on the fees and availability of appointments.

Please note: All of the above is private work. As you can appreciate, our NHS work must take priority. Please allow 6-8 weeks for turnaround. If you require these services more urgently, please contact our secretary where there will be an additional charge to expedite.
