Change to ordering repeat medications
Ordering repeat medications change
Due to the high volumes of medication that the pharmacy has been processing over the last few months, we need to change the collection time that you are able collect your repeat medication after reordering.
Please now allow THREE full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. This will allow time for the pharmacy staff to order your medication, it to get delivered to us and then enable staff to dispense it safely.
Please be aware that even if your medicines are available to you on a repeat prescription it still needs to be re-ordered each month, delivered, processed, signed by a prescriber and dispensed ready for you to collect.
