Get an isolation note to give to your employer

If you live with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus, you can get an isolation note to send to your employer as proof you need to stay off work.

You do not need to get a note from a GP.

You can use this service if:

• you have symptoms of coronavirus or have tested positive
• you live with someone who has symptoms or has tested positive, and you’re not fully vaccinated
• you’ve been told to self-isolate by a test and trace service or the NHS COVID-19 app
