We know Christmas can be a difficult time for some of our patients, and this will be particularly true this year due to COVID-19 restrictions that are in place throughout the country.
 
For tips and advice on how to stay mentally well during the holidays, you can visit our regional mental health website www.-keep-your-head.com or the national PHE mental health website via www.yourmindmatters.co.uk.
 
If you feel you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need urgent support, you can call 111 and select option 2 24/7, every day of the year including bank holidays, to get help.
