As we are about to go into a second lockdown we wanted to remind you that we are still open and if you need to see your GP, Nurse, Pharmacist or even speak with a member of our team you need to call us first on 01954 231550.
 
Please do not visit the surgery unless you have an appointment or have been invited down.
 
Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering.
 
A samples box is outside for samples to be left if requested and the pharmacy post box is available to drop of repeat slips for pharmacy these are both monitored regularly.
 
Measures are in place to keep us all safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
